3.1. Employment At-Will
All Homenick Inc. employees are employed on an at-will basis, meaning that either the employee or Homenick Inc. may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
3.2. Job Performance
Employees are expected to maintain satisfactory job performance and meet the requirements of their positions. Regular attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance are essential for ensuring a productive work environment.
3.3. Performance Reviews
Homenick Inc. will conduct periodic performance reviews to assess employees' performance, provide feedback, and establish goals and expectations for the coming year. Performance reviews may be used to determine promotions, pay raises, and other personnel actions.
4.1. Confidentiality
Employees must protect and maintain the confidentiality of all Homenick Inc. business information, including but not limited to customer, supplier, and trade secrets. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited and may result in discipline, up to and including termination.
4.2. Conflicts of Interest
Employees must avoid activities and relationships that create, or may appear to create, a conflict of interest with their duties at Homenick Inc. Employees must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest to their supervisor or Human Resources department.
4.3. Ethical Business Practices
Homenick Inc. expects all employees to conduct business ethically and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Employees must not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, or other illegal practices to obtain business or other advantages. Any illegal activity must be reported to a supervisor or Human Resources immediately.
5.1. Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance coverage under Homenick Inc.'s benefits plans. Detailed information about the plans, including coverage levels and premiums, will be provided upon hire or during the annual benefits open enrollment period.
5.2. Retirement Savings Plan
Homenick Inc. offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan for eligible employees. Employees may contribute a portion of their salary, up to the annual legal limit, to the plan on a pre-tax basis. Homenick Inc. may make discretionary contributions and/or match employee contributions based on company profits and other factors.
5.3. Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) on an annual basis. The accrual rate and maximum PTO balance will be based on length of service and job position. PTO may be used for vacation, personal days, illness, or other approved absences. PTO must be requested and approved by the employee's supervisor in advance.
5.4. Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Homenick Inc. provides a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help employees and their families address personal issues that may affect their well-being or job performance.
