1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Agreement to Terms

By using the ConnectUtopia.com website ("Website"), associated services, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service/User Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and ConnectUtopia.com ("Company"). If you do not accept these terms, you must not access or use the Services.

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their UGC and assume all risks associated with it, including its accuracy, legality, and potential infringement on the rights of others.

4.2. Content Restrictions

Users agree not to post, upload, or transmit any UGC that:

1. Is illegal, abusive, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.


2. Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.


3. Contains any personal information of others without their express permission.


4. Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading.


5. Is intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate others.


6. Promotes or facilitates commercial activities without the prior written consent of the Company.

4.3. Content Removal and Monitoring

The Company reserves the right to monitor, review, remove, or modify any UGC that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable, at its sole discretion. However, the Company is under no obligation to monitor or review UGC and assumes no responsibility for the content, its accuracy, or any opinions expressed by users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Company Ownership

Except for User-Generated Content, all content, features, and functionality on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company and its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. User License

By posting or submitting UGC to the Services, users grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, display, and perform the UGC, in connection with the Services and the promotion of the Company, in any media formats and through any media channels.

6. Termination

6.1. Account Termination

The Company, at its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services, with or without notice, if you violate any provision of this Agreement or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company. The Company will not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from account termination.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States, and users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

7.2. Informal Dispute Resolution

Users agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting the Company directly, before resorting to legal action. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving notice.

8. General Provisions

8.1. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement by the Company shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

8.2. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
